By selecting this button, I acknowledge that I will be maiing in my entry fee of $125 per team. All checks should be made payable to the Lake West Chamber of Commerce and mailed to PO Box 340, Sunrise Beach, MO 65079.
By selecting this button, I acknowledge that I will contact the Lake West Chamber of Commerce at (573) 374-5500 to pay the team entry fee of $125 by credit card. A $5.00 convience fee will be assessed to all payments recieved over the phone.
